ClinicBoost provides AI-powered messaging services to businesses ("clients"). This policy covers both visitors to this website and people who message a business that uses ClinicBoost.
What we collect
- If you message a ClinicBoost-powered business: your name, phone number or social handle, the service you asked about, and any appointment details — the minimum needed to answer you and book you.
- If you visit this website: standard technical data (browser type, pages viewed). We do not run invasive tracking.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never store sensitive medical details — diagnoses, treatment records, or health history.
- We never use your conversations to advertise to you.
- Message content is never logged in plaintext on our servers.
SMS terms
By texting a ClinicBoost number you consent to receive conversational messages related to your inquiry (replies, confirmations, reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and opt-out information is honored immediately.
How conversations work
Messages you send to a participating business are processed by our AI to generate a reply on that business's behalf, and are visible to that business — exactly like messaging their front desk. When a conversation needs a human, it is handed to the business's staff with the conversation context.
Data retention & your rights
Appointment and contact details are retained only as long as the business relationship requires. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us or the business you messaged, and we will honor it promptly.
